rotate or revoke shared embeds

Visibility model

Public share should be treated as deliberately exposed data. Operator guidance:

Only publish metrics safe for external viewers.
Avoid exposing sensitive customer/finance details.
Review shared links/embeds quarterly.
Revoke embeds when campaign confidentiality changes.
