Create and Secure Links

Create a new link

Open Links → Create Link and set destination URL plus short path.

Attach campaign and organization fields

Assign campaign, folder, tags, and UTM defaults if required.

Apply security controls

Configure password protection, expiration date, and click limits.

Validate routing output

Save and open the short URL on desktop and mobile paths.
Use one naming convention for short paths (brand + intent + channel) so operations and analytics filters stay predictable.

  • Confirm the change appears in the correct workspace context.
  • Confirm expected UI behavior on desktop and mobile.
