Migration workflow

  1. Export links from current provider.
  2. Clean fields (destination, short path, tags/folders, campaign mapping).
  3. Import in batches and verify import summary.
  4. Validate a sample set of high-traffic links.
  5. Cut over domain traffic after final verification.

Risk controls

  • Freeze edits in old system during final cutover window.
  • Keep rollback DNS plan ready.
  • Verify top links first, then long-tail links.

  • Confirm the change appears in the correct workspace context.
  • Confirm expected UI behavior on desktop and mobile.
